What Is it?
We maintain a Solidworks library of common industry parts and EnXL custom parts, allowing us to create a complete digital twin of your facility. These aren’t just pretty pictures. These are complete, intelligently linked models where every item, assembly, and piece of equipment has specification details and metadata relevant for procurement, construction, and operations.
Why we do it this way?
Our procurement and construction is based off of the 3D model, so you know exactly what you’re going to get before we start construction. This provides our procurement team with a complete bill of material and our construction team with clear instructions. This extra detail upfront keeps your project on schedule, makes our construction teams safer, and reduces costs.
